Starting May 12th at 9AM ET, all beta trial (free) sites that have not upgraded to a paid subscription plan with a custom domain (for example, mysite.com) will revert to sitename.drupalgardens.com.

What does this mean?
As a result, affected beta trial sites will no longer be accessible using your custom domain and only will be accessible at the sitename.drupalgardens.com domain, where sitename corresponds to the name listed on your http://drupalgardens.com/mysites page.

What do site owners need to do?
Only the site owner can update a site. If you are not a site owner, request a site owner transfer by contacting the Gardens Advisory team.

To upgrade your site(s) and keep your custom domain:

  1. Log in to http://www.DrupalGardens.com and click on the ‘My Sites’ link at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the ‘Upgrade’ link next to each site you want to upgrade. All affected sites must be upgraded separately.
  3. After you upgrade your site, add your custom domain from the 'My Sites' page by selecting 'Manage Domains' .

Background
One or more email notifications explaining this deadline should have been sent to beta trial site owners.  If this deadline was missed, your site can still be upgraded.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your site visitors.

If you have any questions, please look at our list of Frequently Asked Questions or post a question here.  We want to ensure your success with Drupal Gardens.
