I'm having the same problem where I cannot log into my own site.

Can you help me?

Thanks.

Hi brazil2010,

Is the above site you've listed an exported site?

If so, you would need to post your question in our exported sites forum as we cannot troubleshoot exported sites no longer hosted on the Drupal Gardens servers.

Please let me know otherwise. Thanks!

The problem described by Sebastian is exactly what I am experiencing at http://www.deoarewrald.nl/

When clicking on the "inloggen" text at the bottom of http://www.deoarewrald.nl/ , an AJAX dialog is presented. Logging in via this form does not work.

Using the login form via http://www.deoarewrald.nl/user/login , however, does work.

I also experience the broken "request password" behaviour described by Sebastian: clicking the reset password link in the e-mail gives an access denied error.

If you need more information, I will gladly provide it.

I confirm what Jorrit says, access to site is only possible via http://site_name/user/login. Something got messed up with login ajax form during the most recent service update. Tested in all browsers (ie, ff, ch). Best regards Sebastian

Hi Jorrit and adminek,

I am not able to verify this AJAX error that you're receiving. Can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing via Jing or Skitch?

If you login to your Drupal Gardens account and go to My Sites, you can access the domain via clicking on the site links where you are automatically logged in as an admin.

Please see the screenshots below:

Let me know if that helps. Thanks!

Hi, Stacy and all experiencing similar problem,

My setup is the following, I have a block visible on my homepage with several navigation links. One of them points to: /user (which gets converted to: /user/login/ajax when users are not yet logged into my site). This used to work before without any problems but now when correct credentials are typed in, the system throws out "incorrect username or password".

Conclusion: it seems that relative /user link (invoking /user/login/ajax within the overlay window for unlogged users) does not work anymore.

I overcame this problem by replacing /user links with their equivalents: /#overlay=gardener/login

I hope this helps. Sorry for not including screenshots but my site default language is not english.

Best regards
Sebastian

Hi Stacey,

I consider that a work-around. I have received a message that a "stacy" is trying to signup for the site. Is that your account?

Hi Jorrit,

Yes, I was attempting to recreate the problem. Would you be able to send a screenshot of the AJAX error you're receiving as it's helpful for troubleshooting and bug report purposes?

Thanks!

I have given you access to the site. The AJAX error is shown at the following screenshot: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/855/ajaxerror.png/

Hi Jorrit,

I was able to login to http://www.deoarewrald.nl/ as stacy.wray with no problems at all, and no AJAX errors. I logged in via the Inloggen link at the bottom of the home page.

Your screenshot above is just a user message, but not an AJAX error, and I found no actual AJAX errors in your Report Log (Rapportages) as well.

I also selected the Forgot Password option, and all was fine there. I received no errors, but a confirmation as shown here in this screenshot:

https://skitch.com/e-stacywray/gaiwj/wereldwinkel-de-oare-wrald-wereldwinkel-de-oare-wrald-burgum

I just want to confirm that you're still experiencing issues logging in as I am unable to recreate the issue on my end. Have you cleared your site's cache under Admin > Config > Development > Performance?

Also, clearing your browser cookies may be helpful as well.

I have been testing your site access on Mac OSX with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Can you let me know which environments you are using?

Thanks very much!

The following AJAX request is sent to http://www.deoarewrald.nl/user/login/ajax :

http://pastebin.com/jAgWPQWW

De following response is returned:

http://pastebin.com/FztjqkNQ

I have tried to clear the cache. It happens with multiple browsers for me: IE9 on Win7, Firefox and Chromium on Ubuntu.

Hi Jorrit,

I went ahead and created a bug report for your issue that we're tracking internally at DG-2512.

Unfortunately, I was unable to recreate the AJAX errors in Windows 7/IE9; however, I was able to verify the "access denied" page within the password reset email.

I did notice you have a new theme update available within ThemeBuilder as well that you should preview and save/as so that you are working with the newest version of the theme complete with bug fixes and feature enhancements.

We'll be sure to post back here when we have further information regarding the status of this bug report.

Thanks for your patience.

I have update the theme, nothing changed with respect to this issue.

Would I be able to reproduce the error locally if I export the site and run it on my own machine, or is this AJAX popup a feature that isn't exported?

Hi Jorrit, Sebastian, and brazil2010,

I have further escalated the above issue to our engineering team since we have had multiple reports of users noticing that /user gets converted to /user/login/ajax when trying to login, as well as experiencing issues with the password reset functionality.

The bug report reflects your comments and experience above. As soon as we have more information, we'll post back here with an update.

Thanks very much for your patience.

Hi Jorrit and Sebastian,

Just wanted to give you a quick update that our Engineers are working on a fix for this issue.

Jorrit, the bug was definitely reproducible on your site by clicking the "inloggen" link at the bottom of the page.

Sebastian, it seems that since you've found a workaround for the issue as you've described above, the issue cannot be reproduced on your site; however, the engineers feel that it definitely still exists there otherwise.

Hi brazil2010,

Unfortunately, since it appears that your site is no longer hosted on Drupal Gardens, we are unable to troubleshoot the login issue on your exported site.

We'll post back here when there is a confirmed fix for the problem.

Thanks for your continued patience!

Hi all,

Our Engineering Team released a fix for the above bug, DG-2512, in our latest Gardens release at the end of last month.

I have verified that the user login is no longer converted to /user/login/ajax.

I'm going to go ahead and mark this issue as Resolved; however, should you find that problems persist please go ahead and create a new forum post.

Thanks very much!
