Hey guys, I wanna know how to redirect the link in Follow Site block to another adress. When people click on Facebook or Twitter, it directs to Drupal Gardens pages. I wanna change it to my page.
If I can't, can I know how to delete the Follow Site block?

Hi,
By default, Drupal Gardens sites are populated with sample data, this includes the social media links on your site. To edit the links of the Follow Site block:
Please see: http://www.drupalgardens.com/documentation/follow-us
If you would like to delete the block you would go to Structure > Blocks > Prefooter first > Follow Site Configure.
For more information on blocks, please see:
http://www.drupalgardens.com/documentation/blocks
Hope this helped, let us know if you need help with anything else!

So can we get Google + up there, or are we constricted to the existing social networks?

Hi Festive Patriot,
Google+ isn't one of the choices yet, but it is a popular request to be able to go in and add a custom field for social networking links of your choice within the Follow Us block.
I will definitely add your vote to our internal tracking system for this particular feature, tracking internally at AN-13413.
In the meantime, you could create a block with static links to your Google+ profile. We also have documentation on how to add the +1 button to your site which can be found in social networking widgets.
Hope this info helps! We'll post back here when this feature has been released.

+1 for Google +

Hi sasamad2004,
I have gone ahead and added your vote to this matter, which is now being tracked internally as issue DG-2745.
Thanks!

+1 for Google+ as well for custom urls.
Also, the Tumblr field does not allow custom urls at Tumblr. This is one of the biggest benefits for Tumblr users is the ability to use a custom domain or subdomain.
This thread alone goes as far back as July 2011. Theirs a lot of room for improvement here for Drupal Gardens. I'm somewhat surprised on the slow progress on some of these feature requests.

Hi groundswell,
Thank you for your interest in this. I have added your vote to our internal Feature Request, as well.
With respect to our progress on new features, we are constantly working to improve our existing features and add new features whenever possible. Every three-to-four weeks, we enter a brief maintenance period during which time we upgrade Drupal Gardens with bug fixes and new features. Announcements pertaining to these updates can be found here:
http://www.drupalgardens.com/forum/important-announcements
As you can imagine, a great deal of work goes into these bug fixes and new features. Because Drupal Gardens runs on a customized version of Drupal 7 (which, in and of itself is incredibly complex), we cannot simply take existing modules and add them to our core code. Every new feature we add has to be extensively tested to ensure that it is compatible with Drupal Gardens and does not cause any problems with our existing services or sites. So, while we may not be releasing new features as quickly as they are requested, we are working very hard to ensure that those features which are released are of the highest possible caliber.
Sincerely,
Aaron "Checo" Pacheco
