When I create content I have the problem that de WYSIWG editor does not appear.
I check the configurations but I couldn't get the solution by my own.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi DRT,
I noticed that you have a new theme update available in ThemeBuilder that you should preview and save as so that you are working with the most recent version of your theme that will include recent bug fixes and enhancements.
If you could go ahead and update your theme and then clear all caches, let us know if that fixes the issue. If not, please report back here and we can investigate further.
Thanks!

Hi DRT,
There are two things going on with your CKeditor. The main issue is the buttons are not showing in the WYSIWYG which we've found to be a bug that our team is working on.
In the meantime, the workaround is to go into Admin > Config > Content Authoring > WYSIWYG profiles > Full HTML > Edit > Buttons & Plugins, and uncheck the "Teaser Break" button which for some reason is causing the buttons not to appear in the editor. The "Teaser Break" button is not checked, by default, on all Gardens sites.
Below is a screencast walking you through this process:
http://screencast.com/t/MO0Kg3QVlpN
The second issue is that the Safe and Filtered HTML text formats are not appearing as options in your WYSIWYG dropdown as shown here:
https://skitch.com/e-stacywray/g724c/wysiwyg
This is something that you would need to recreate, if you wish, within Admin > Config > Content Authoring > Text formats.
Please keep in mind that due to a bug in Drupal core, you will need to recreate the text formats using different names like HTML Safe or Safest HTML since a text format cannot be recreated with the same name as the original one (Safe HTML).
Do you remember, by chance, if you accidentally deleted the Safe and Filtered text formats somehow? We are trying to figure out how they would be absent from your site unless they were manually removed.
Here's a screenshot showing where they should exist:

Hope this info helps, and let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Fisrt Issue: Yes! Now I can see the WYSIWYG editor. THANKS :D
Second Issue: I think I have deleted it for my own. I though it was useless. lol. Why do I need it?
Thank you very much for your help!

Is there an update to the Teaser Break bug that prevents the editor buttons from showing? I use this feature all the time, and don't want other users to have to add html to get it to work.
AH... I see that manually inserted html teaser breaks don't work... <!--break>

Hi Michael,
Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA on when this issue will be fixed; however, I have passed your inquiry onto the engineers regarding this bug that we're now tracking at DG-2814.
When I have an update regarding the status, I'll post back here within this thread.
Thanks very much.
