I've been reading the positive responses from customers who have their sites back.
I wish I was one of the "lucky ones".
For those of us "unlucky ones", you should be communicating to us, and giving us some encouragement, rather than just posting the "good news" feedback from your "lucky" customers.
Please let me know what's happening, so I don't have to keep "checking" every hour, to see when my site is back up.
