I just launched a client site, www.startingpointsforme.org (aka startingpoints.drupalgardens.com) and I had a user account on the site that I used for setting up the content on the site, "Editorial Team". This account was associated with one of my personal emails. Now that we've launched, I've changed it to a client email, however, that user account still shows access to another one of my client sites, beyondwork.drupalgardens.com.
I have removed the "user" from beyondwork.drupalgardens.com, however, if the "Editorial Team" from startingpoints.drupalgardens.com logs into drupal gardens, it shows both sites under "my sites" and permits access for "Editorial Team" to access beyondwork.drupalgardens.com.
How do I insure that the "Editorial Team" user only has access to their own site, www.startingpointsforme.org (aka startingpoints.drupalgardens.com)?
Thanks,
K

Hi Kathryn,
I think the best solution, in this case, is for you to create a new DG account and corresponding username.
Once that is in place, you could transfer ownership of the beyondwork.drupalgardens.com site from the user "Kathryn" to your new DG account/user.
The new account and username that you create will then only be associated with the beyondwork site which will no longer show up under "My Sites" for the user "Kathryn".
Please read through our documentation on Site ownership transfer for a step-by-step guide on how this process works.
Hope this seems like a viable option!

Hi Kathryn,
Upon further investigation of your issue, I found that we have an existing bug affecting beyondwork.drupalgardens.com where it appears that users for a site are also members of a site, even if the user account has been deleted. This bug is being tracked internally at DG-2152, and we have added your experience to the report.
If you have removed the user in question from the site, it will be fine, unless you have permitted open membership. Unless you want to, there is no need for you to create another account and transfer ownership since you already changed the Editorial Team account to a personal email.
Thanks for your patience, and I hope this additional information is helpful.

Hi Stacy,
Wondering why my main domain minkproductions.tv URL is showing up in DG as my secondary domain stringstream.com.
I'm pretty sure I set everything up right through Go Daddy. We want the URL to be minkproductions.tv, and if possible want stringstream.com to lead visitors to the 1 StringStream page contained within the M.INK site. (If that's not possible yet, opening to the M.INK site home page is fine and it is doing that right now.)
Can you give us a hand?
Thanks, marcella

Hi Marcella,
Since you have a Gardens Professional Subscription with us, and have already reopened a ticket within our internal ticketing system (15066-16218), I am going to go ahead and suggest that all communications be focused from within the ticket instead of here in the forums.
This will help reduce any redundancies between the forums and our ticketing system.
Thanks very much.
