I have tried 3 times now to create a form using Webforms for a client site at survivorsfoundation.drupalgardens.com. Whenever I reach a certain point (it varies) and I save the form, all fields are deleted and I have to start over. Any ideas what's going on?

The form in question is at survivorsfoundation.drupalgardens.com/content/contact-us. Yes, I tried again to create it. Right now it's ok. But let's see what happens when I try to add more states to the drop-down, which is when it seems to cause the entire form to disappear!

Okay, I was able to create the form but the problems I had doing it concern me. I can't have this happening again. I think maybe it has something to do with the overlay. I'll do some more testing on a test site.

Yes, this is a known bug issue with the webform that we're tracking internally at DG-57.
I've gone ahead and added your experience and comments above to the report that we're following.
Whenever we have a status update regarding a fix for this, we'll be sure to post back here within the thread.
