You can pay for your Drupal Gardens sites with a major credit card.

I have been trying to pay for my site for over 2 weeks now (upgrade to professional). My debit card was refused (I don't do credit cards) and I was notified by my bank of possible fraudulent activity. I have emailed for assistance and was told Drupal G would get back to me and help, that was days ago. This website is crucial to my organisation and I need to upgrade asap as I need more space + I want to add our own URL and not DG's. I need assistance!!!
I have been trying since May 15th to switch over my information at Drupal Gardens my non-profit's debit card. So far I've been (via email) been passed along with no solution to my problem. I even got a live one on the phone (has not returned my calls). Since this is not a technical issue, not sure why I have to submit a ticket in the first place (you would think they would want money!).
Has anybody else gotten the run-around when they wanted to use a debit card? Has anybody had any luck changing their billing info to a debit card? I have a paid-for prcing plan.

My client is also a non-profit without a credit card. They do have a debit card. Can they pay for their upgrade with a debit card?

We are a 501(c)3 non profit group. We do not have a credit card to pay for a potential upgrade. How can this be handled?
